What’s Included and How Does It Work?
NSG is completely optional, and is offered at checkout as an add-on paid by the customer. NSG’s Shopping Guarantee is valid for 30 days after purchase and includes:
- $100 Lowest Price Guarantee: Protect shoppers from price drops and sales after purchase. NSG will refund the price difference up to $100.
- $1k Purchase Guarantee: Ensure your shoppers get the right product every time.
- $5k Package Protection: Guard shipments against loss, damage, or theft and access hassle-free claims.
- $10k Identity Theft Protection: Reimburse any ID recovery services or expenses from identity theft.
How Do I Add Norton Shopping Guarantee to My Platform?
Magento or BigCommerce
We’ve partnered with WeSupply to bring you the amazing capabilities of Norton Shopping Guarantee. For full instructions select your platform under the “For Merchants” tab on our website.
- Install the WeSupply App from Magento or BigCommerce.
- Install the Magento or BigCommerce module from the WeSupply App based on your platform.
- Enable Norton Shopping Guarantee and set up your account.
Shopify, WooCommerce, or WordPress
- Add the NSG app through your platform’s App store or Marketplace. (Shopify, WooCommerce or WordPress).
- Complete your NSG account registration.
- Install NSG in your storefront and configure your account through the NSG merchant dashboard.
